Return Policy

We hope that you are pleased with your order. Should you wish to return any of the items you bought for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Replacements can only be made within 28 days of receipt of goods. If a refund is necessary, it will only be issued to the sender's card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned.

Under the Consumer Protection Regulation you have the right to cancel your contract and obtain a refund at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded but if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You must inform us of cancellation of contract.

Refund Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund a product provided it's in fully resalable condition. If a refund is necessary, it will only be issued to the sender's card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned. We'll refund the delivery charge on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to show on your bank statement.

Damaged Items

Your gift should reach the recipient address in good condition but in the event of damage or breakage it may be necessary to arrange a replacement or a refund. If you would like a replacement gift to be delivered or if you prefer a refund please return the damaged item to the Freepost Address below including the following details:

  • Your order number or billing address (including postcode)
  • The damaged items
  • Action you would like us to take, refund/replacement
  • Main reason for returning the item/items

Incorrect Items Sent/Received

If you have received the wrong gift we are very happy to resend the correct item or give you a full refund.

Please return the item to our Freepost Address below including the following de tails:

  • Your order number or billing address (including postcode)
  • The incorrect items
  • Reason for returning the items
  • Action you would like us to take, refund/replacement
  • If you prefer replacement please provide the address you wish the replacement to be sent to

Cancelling your Order

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. You must inform us of cancellation of contract. Any delivery charges will be refunded, however, if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the event that your order has already been processed & despatched it cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods, alternatively, you can return them to our Freepost address below.

When returning the items please include the following details:

  • Your order number or billing address (including postcode)
  • All parts of the order you would like to cancel
  • Main reason for return the item/items
